Tai Chi in the Park

Yang Tai Chi 8 step

1.Beginning ( lifting water
2.Repulse monkeys ( arm forms)
3.Brush Knee and twist step

4.Parting wild Horses mane
5.Wave hands in clouds
6.Golden Rooster stands on one leg
7.Kick with heels

8.Grasp sparrows tail sequence / Cross hands and close

Walking Tai Chi steps

1. Step back repulse monkeys ( backwards)
2 .Brush knee and step (forwards)
3. Parting Wild Horses Mane (and step forwards)
4. Waving Hands In Cloud hands steps left and right ( side to side)
