Tai Chi for the Third Age.
A session of low impact exercises which benefit both physical and mental well being.
For many years the worlds most practiced form of exercise for 3rd Age citizens has been Tai Chi. It’s the secret of Asian longevity and graceful aging. Tai Chi is often featured on Asian travel programs. The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) states that Tai Chi improves balance and thereby can reduce slips and falls. Less fit people find its gentle approach appealing and encourages them back to fitness.
